The young people of The Tribe are very lucky to be working with Beyond Inspired every week on fitness sessions. The sessions help the young people to gain confidence, learn about healthy living, try different fitness techniques including boxing and athletics. The Tribe Summer Scheme

Ready, steady, cook…

Wow, what a brilliant night at The Tribe thanks to Chef David. Fajitas, sticky chicken wings and drumsticks. Well done to all the youngsters. It was brilliant watching them take full part though it did make me nervous with Aimee’s knife skills.

Buddy Bag ready
