I am Me Project

The I am Me Project is all about giving young people the opportunity to learn about healthy eating, their body and keeping fit in a safe way.

The project helps young people to develop confidence, friendships and life skills that they can use in later life. The skills gained are also used within other activities of the group such as cooking and menu planning.

We measure this by seeing quiet, nervous children arriving for the session and within a couple of weeks becoming more outgoing, confident and more importantly return every week and then want to help run the sessions.
